With your "Little" draw <img src=icon_smile_wink.gif border=0 align=middle> with a normal string load of say leeches, a small peep, and a string loop realistically expect about 316fps +/- with the short brace version , and probably about 306fps or so for the high brace.
Remember these bows will do advertised speeds or they don't ship......BUT they measure these speeds with a bare string except for a small tie in nock set.
Everything you add to your string starts sucking up the speed......keep it light and simple and even you "Draw length Impaired" guys can see speeds well over 300fps with this bow.
Bare string a 28" BKII should do 325+ for the short brace and 315ish for the high brace model.
