I'm honestly wondering what you meant by the whole "you're doing more than the guy with the video camera" quote. The only reason I ask is that I believe watching deer hunting videos growing up has helped me really learn how to hunt, how to set-up great food plots, good ethics, treestand placement, height to hunt, scent control etc....Personally I really believe that the guys behind and in front of a video camera hunting have shaped me as a hunter. I had no one to teach me really well when I was growing up. I learned almost everything I know from video, and it's worked well for me. I learned how to work on bows from taking a chance at applying at Gander Mt. telling them I had very little experience in tuning and setting-up bows, but I WAS WILLING TO LEARN. Honestly I believe that the camera and video has been an indespensible tool in my case. And I say that whole heartedly without a doubt in my mind. My passions is filming hunts. That's what I am going to school for and that is what i want to do with my life, so that I can help some kid who has an interest in hunting get into it. I remember picking up my first hunting video and saying hmmm this may be something i'm interested in. Sure enough that video led to an entire library collection of videos that have proved to really help sharpen my skills. Anyways, you had a great story there and I enjoyed reading it. It had some good info. I was just wondering what you meant by that quote.
