Take a good look at the Easton AC Super Slims, the Full Metal Jackets, Axis,ACC' 3-71, or the new ST Epic in 300 spine.
Gold Tip the Pro Hunter 7595 or the Expedition Hunter in 7595.
For target you could go the Gold Tip Seriess22 Ultra light Pro or Ultralight Pro both in 300 spine with the series22 being a fat shaft or several Easton arrows.
Or you could go to full Allum. arrows
Not exactly sure if I would go for a 4 vane fletch tho it would depend on how well they fly.
I have no experience with the Vanetec vanes so I can not comment on them.
I'm having problems beliving the Pro-shop guy,he keeps pushing 55/75 or 340 spine arrows at me.
Probably cause that is what he has in stock and wont have to place a special order
Too many arrows too little time
