I do not know how effective scent blocking garments or scent eliminating sprays are. I have never spent a penny on them. Besides washing my hunting clothes in plain water and hanging them outdoors to dry, the only scent eliminating thing I use is the wind. I only hunt a stand if the wind is in my favor. If the wind is wrong for the stand, I won't hunt it, its that simple. I don't believe that there is a product made that can fool a deers nose if he's down wind from you.
