Beware of people telling you what rest to put on your bow without knowing a single thing about how you shoot and practically nothing about the setup you're using.

I need to know a fewthings before even thinking about suggesting a rest to put on the bow...It could be you already have a perfectly good rest and justdon't have it adjusted properly or are using the wrong arrows.

I'dlike totry and help you fix what you've got before you go opening another can o' worms with a whole nuther rest! So, tell me...

Are you shooting fingers or using a release aid?

What is your draw weight and draw length?

About your arrows, what type and size are they? How long are they? What kind of fletching are you using? What tip weight are you using on the arrows?

Whatkind of flipper did you put on the bow andhow much tuning have you done to this point?
