There are several on the market. HHA makes one that uses a BSA red dot. That particular one is pretty expensive, but check BassPro, Cabelas and Ebay. Just do a search for a red dot bow scope.

I will tell you, though....they aren't for the impatient...We had more trouble gettin that rascal adjusted properly. On the flip side of that, though......once we did....absolutely amazing.

I shot his bow, 2" too short a draw, btw, centered the dot in the scope and hit the release. X ringed 5 times in a row. Just for fun, we turned the dot off, aligned the peep and the scope, centered the target, and amazingly he shot better with the dot turned off. Never seen anything like it. But man alive......was that a SOB to get set.
