I agree with the upper body exercise but don't forget the legs. This is the base for proper stance and support and not all shots are on a level surface. Bike riding, swimmingor walks overvaried terrainwill help build stamina and increase cardiovascular fitness. Stretching before practice will also increase stability. Many shooter will do well in the first half of the shoot than drop off towards the end due to their level of fitness. Those in best physical condition will be constantly be at the top of the leader board.
