RE: Weightlifting and Exercises to increase draw weight on bow
Any upper body workout would do wonders. I workout M-Th free weights and a great exercise to do is shoot a traditional bow. Shooting traditional will definately make you start to feel the burn. I have a traditional bow set at 65 lbs and it will work the hell out of your shoulder. After shooting that and going back to my compound it is a walk in the park.
