One way I improved my steadinesswhen I'm drawn backand I'm sure it would improve poundage is...everynight, do 15 pushups and 50 situps every 5 minutes for an hour. And as soon as you roll out of bed in the morning, do 25 pushups. The last thing you are going to want to do in the morning is pushups, but believe me it works and after a while you kinda like doing them.
