NY Farm For Sale

I am selling a 100+ acre farm that is 75% timber and 25% fields with some cloverfood plots on it, located in Tioga County NY.. This land is now located in rifle zone. It is beautiful land , with frontage on a paved town maintained road, with all utilities present. The ground backs to over a square mile of other farms and private property. I own the land and have personally taken 3 120" class bucks and a 142" 10 point last year as well as a 130" 13 point buck in muzzle loader season. The ground has a running stream through it and it is also loaded with turkey and grouse. 200yrds down the road is some excellent trout fishing too. Located 30minutes between Ithaca and Binghamton in Newark Valley. Close to the finger lakes, Cayuga Lake. 3.5 hrs from Philadelphia and 4 hrs from NY city and northNew Jersey.
