Check Cabelas.....But if you want a nice quiver, escpecially one to hold everything you listed, expect to pay around $60-$70. Which is kind of a lot if you plan on just using it for indoors. If you shoot 3D's then you will get your money out of it.
At our indoor archery range, no one uses quivers. We have arrow holders at the shooting stations, a table down by the targets for our clipboards and score cards, we shoot 'Block' targets, so we don't need arrow pullers, and most keep the allen wrenches in their pocket or bow case.
