I flecthed some ACC's with 2" for a friend mine a few days ago.
We compared them to the 4" feathers he was using, they held nice tight groups and were 4 fps faster on the chronograph. As for them holding up to the whisker they seem to be fine.

Thats all I can say about them for now since we just startedusing them.
