i heard it taste alot like lamb.......never ate it....heck i dont think any made it home.....around here we all learned to skin them in the woods and let nature have the carcus back...made the carrying alot lighter when the hunt was over too...we had a bag..that was my job...id carry that and the tracker.....dad would carry the gun and leash..i remember them things having FAT all around the carcus though......
