Personally I don't believe carbon lined clothing works more than a few outings in the woods. The key is to take a shower the morning before your hunt, wash down with scent killing soap/shampoo. Always wash your hunting clothes the night before. I think that's the best way to do it until they come out with a silver lined suite.
