they both work well. if i had a choice again id take the 10 over the 12 but the gun is nolonger at my disposal. as far as advice, keep still and call but dont go over bord and dont just pattern your gun shoot in al different kinds of positions and try shooting opposite handed just in case. i shot on last fall left handed around a tree and i only felt comfortable doing so because i practiced that way. so just shoot a bit and practice calling some more. and you may check out the turkey forum on here.
