No, your arrows should go where you aim. If you're not accidently aiming wrong, then the problem should be in the setup (including arrow selection, brace height, etc) or your form. try to find some of Art P's posts on stance and grip. Maybe he could shime in.
Keep trying to find the root of the problem, but I wouldn't suggest pointing the arrow somewhere you are not intending it to go.
Make sure you are looking directly down from above the arrow shaft when you aim, not off to the side. Keep your eyes focused on the target, not the shaft.
