There is product sold at home depots here in Florida , it is called Chattahooche rock sealer, I've being using that for years. In florida this is used to seal very small pebbles called chatahooche rock, which is glued to the floor around swimming pools, but it is wonderful sealer and works over enamel, but enamel should be left to dry over 24 hours before using any sealer.
