RE: Turkey with a rifle???
yeah, I'll agree with that.......it is a narrow minded statement........but, the lawyer guy lived, luckily........what would have happened had he been shot with a 22-250?? probably wouldn't be recovering as well.
I'm not going to stir up a ruckus, but that's my opinion on the matter and I'm not going to change it.......I've dealt with too many of em bud.....it ain't fun when bullets are whizing over your head(and you can hear em), because these cats have no idea where you're at....I've heard the excuses: "I didn't know you were calling to it" "I didn't know you were there".....they see a gobbler, and they're putting the crosshairs on it......it ain't fun when you see a gobbler 35 yards away from you bounce up in the air, then a second later, hear the shot....it ain't fun when someone has got a rifle pointed at you because you sound like a turkey.....I venture to say, and I may be wrong, if you'd experience some of thisbusiness, you would probably change you position on the matter, and be against it like myself....now I may be totally wrong about that..........but, you are right about people and not the rifle....but I don't see the sport in it, and you can see a turkey further away, than you can see a man in camo head to toe setting 30 yards away from it....I just think it creates a dangerous situation.
