Make large adjustments with your knock and fine adjustments with your rest if it will let you, some rests are such a pain to adjust you would be better off moving the nock. That is an advantage to using a string loop, they are very easy to adjust if put on properly. It should just thread up and down your serving when you turn it. You can also make very fine adjustments to your knocking point using your limb bolts by adjusting the tiller.
