my friends bought 180 acres in the middle of state nera raystown lake and paid something like 750-1000 per acre which i thought was awesome! there is 2 acre lake, pine thickets, briar thickets and some nice draws and valleys..........nice piece of ground but they over hunted, never planted a food plot and now there is like nothing left there.........oh well good luck with the land
