RE: Gloves for Bowhunting- Need Help
I also went through the search for the perfect bow cold weather hunting glove for me, and wasted alot of money and time shopping trying to find the right glove for me. What I found that I liked were the following gloves,Cabelas Gore-tex Strech Gloves, 100 % waterproof, Primaloft insulation, synthetic leather on palm fingers for bow grip, available in mens and womens sizes also Cabelas Camoskinz Thinsulate Gloves with thinsulate Flex insulation, synthetic leather palm and finger for bow grip, made with strech knit. Both of these gloves are made to be thinner than other bulker gloves. I shoot with a glove release and needed a warm thiner glove and found the Cabelas Goretex glove to be my favorite.I also found they didnt add any bow torque when I use them. I have added dexterity and increased feeling and use with the thinner glove. They run in price from around $35.00 to $18.00 They keep my hands warm, but I still use a hand warmer when its really cold if needed. They come in Advantage, Mossy Oak, Realtree Hardwoods for the Gore-Tex ones and Advantage Timber,Mossy Oak Break-Up for the Camoskinz.I have been very happy with these gloves.I also use a wicking liner glove under my gloves.
