RE: walmart sucks
Bad Czech, can you sharpen the blades on any of the 4 you have used? I've never tried it but it seems like I've seen a lot of posts about others sharpening their blades on here. Heck, sound like a lot of people sharpen the new ones right out of the package to get them even sharper.
I don't know how many deer you can take where you are but I would think you would want to go into any season with at least twice as many sets of blades as the number of deer you can shoot. This would allow you a 50% miss rate and still give you enough to fill all your tags with new blades. I can only take 2 deer but I have three unused broadheads (I have three others I practice with) and a package of replacement blades (9 - 12 can't remember how many in the pack right now)So I could shoot at least 6 times in trying to fill my two tags and still use fresh blades each time.
As I think somebody already suggested I would just call Cabela's and order a set of replacement blades. I think that at least 90% of the time I have ever ordered from them if I order an item monday morning I've got it by friday.
As far as the whole Wal-Mart thing goes I'll buy scent products there or maybe a bow holder or some gloves or ammo for gun season or something but I generally buy most of my gear from a serious sporting goods store.
