they moved them from one spot because they bothered one person and now they are bothering another person in that spot.sounds like what the FWC does.
don't know bout others, but if it is im my yard tearing up garbage and my screen , then I will handle it myself.if they want to put up electric fences , then let the FWC pay for it.
never wanted to shoot a bear,just maybe bird shot at long range to scare them off.
the bears being moved around is like the fish (Tillipa , or Nile perch) the FWC put into lake parker in Lakeland back in the 60's and 70's.(big mistake) they are all over the place now messing up the bass fishing.
but thats another story.
