The kit has inserts from about 3/64" on the small side up to 3/16". Use no insert and you have a hole 1/4"...
...They also make one with a tube that is larger, but still takes the inserts.

If that larger peep you're refering to is bigger than 1/4 then yes. Well, actually, it would have to be at least5/16 or just a hair bigger to work. Do you or anyone know if any manufacturer makes a 5/16 peep?
