I wouldnt take a roto tool to it myself. I have had good luck with contacting Mossberg. I would contact their service department and explain the problem and maybe they can help. It it is a rod or ejector maybe they would send you one free..... the best idea, but even not, at least you might know the trouble is and get it fixed for safety sake! [8D]
