Default RE: Problem with Mossberg 835

Not to knock any man, but Remington 870s are the best damn pump for the money. I have 12, every gauge and they all shoot great. I do believe that I could take a handful of sand and throw it in the action and it would still work fine.

My buddy has a 835 and in the duck blind he has his multi-tool out all the time pulling shells out of the barrel. I think it has to do with the hook on the action. It seems toscore the brass where it grabs to eject. I don't know if the shell expends and gets caught or what? He cusses and I keep shooting.
