There r many nice rifles out there,get the 1 that fits "U" best, try all rifles u can. I like to close my eyes and shoulder the gun,then open eyes to feel a goood fit, as far as calibers go,today with the new bullets and powders u hav lots of deadly options.these bullets that retain 100 percent, u will get pass thru at 300 yds and minimum damage at 20. There is no such thing as to dead. go with the biggest calb. u can handle. on a good hit,heart,lung,neck, any thing will bring it down.
