Just to split hairs...the definition of tresspassing is the WRONGFULL entering upon another's land. In this case, quite clearly wrongfull (POSTED: KEEP OUT sorta sets the tone pretty well). From there you have to argue the definition of wrongfull and that can vary (either legally or whatever), especially in the enforcement realm.[&:]
It is the same one that i am after, i have about 40 pictures of it. He will be back, i can almost gaurentee it.
