Usually, if you want to talk about something you start a thread with a topic that you want to talk about. Otherwise, you scan the other threads and forums and find something to jump in on and start talking. Nobody says " hey, I'm bored and wanna talk so post something". Besides, you got your homework done? If not, you shouldn't be bored!
