One question........I don't remember you saying but are you going to shoot them at 65% or the higher letoff? Reason I ask is like you, I've always shot 65% or less, and I found with my Bowtech Patriot there is NO valley at 65%..none. Of course its not a Binary Cam bow, but it seems there is no dropoff in speed with the higher letoff setting on the Bowtechs. I've also found if I do use a string loop and tweak the draw stop, I can get the draw right and shoot a 70-75% letoff and have some valley. Again, perhaps the Binary cams are different than the Infinity cam as far as a valley at the 65% setting.
