Default IBO missing the boat

I'm wondering if I'm the only person to feel that the IBO is doing a very poor job in promoting 3-D shooting? It just seems to me that with as many bowhunters that there are, especialy here in Michigan, that 3-D could be and should be a lot bigger then it is.Why doesnt someone start an orginization that would eliminate the cheaters by provideing paid score keepers to accompany each group of contestants, provide a system of recording competitors scores in a data base to be used as a classifying system so all shooters of equal abiliities could compete against each other there by making each and every person eligible to be competetive in their own class.Provide trophys/awards that would make a person want to expend the time and energy to compete, and see that it gets media attention.Maybe even offer a non-compulsary purse to add to the coffers. The Amatuer Trapshooters Association is many times bigger then the IBO and I feel that if 3-D shooting was ran in the same way it could be even bigger then the ATA.I would gladly pay an additional fee and know that I'm not going to get beat out by someone that cheats and I would also be willing to pay more if I could compete against shooters of my own skill level for an award. Most small clubs in this area charge about $8.00 to shoot a 3-D course.Thats pretty darn cheap entertainment in this day and age, a few dollors more certainly wouldn't kill the sport and would I feel help to make it grow,so,any opinions?
