Bronk, I say no. For the TSX its like data between you typical bullets like bullistic tips and the X bullet.

I have only loaded the 180TSX for the 300RUM but looking thru my barns manual, 47.5gr is max 4064 load for the X bullet so from my experience, I wouldn't exceed 50gr for the 06 and 180gr TSX.

For the 300Win mag, I suggest IMR4350 for the fastest powder but like 7828 or H1000 for it. They list 76gr max for IMR7828 for the 180gr X. I wouldn't hesitate going to 78gr for the TSX. If you want more or don't see pressure signs, maybe go to 77gr. They don't list 4064 data but for IMR4350, they list 70.5gr max for the 180gr X. So add 2gr to that for the TSX.
