Bless ya Rich,you and others including my good friend who was a lifelong bowhunter,and now suffers from MS are what made me fight this god awful battle.I see no reason what so ever,that folks such as yourself and others,cannot particapate in archery season once again.The current standerds for handicap usage are obismal to say the least.Compound with breathtube actuation is as Source so addimatly put it is aa cocking device.This is leagal,IF YOU QUALIFY.Therin lies the trouble.I urge yourself and other NYS hunter to contact the DEC and support 2 bills currently supporting Handicap usage of crossbows that the DEC are sleeping on again!
