Your situation reminds me of that movie the "sandlot", where the kids hit the babe ruthe baseball in this mean mans yard and he had the meanest dog in the world named, "the beast". Watching them try to retreive that ball was hiiliaurs.

LOL well the neighbor was always mean, but i guess if you just respect the property and he finds out you are a responsible person he decided to be nice to me now! I dont know. I like him now
