BT I agree with ya as well as BB!I'm a # 4 shooter myself,but shot 6's for years until I patterned the 2 loads (my own personal reloads I might add)on paper.My 4's outshot the 6's by an average of about 8%.Really it seems to me we're really parting hairs here as Totoe suggested.Dead is dead no matter if we shoot 4's to 7 1/2's at reasonable distances.My question is how far do we really want to kill a turkey?Everyone always talks about callin them in close is where the thrill is at but they also want a gun that will lay em the grass consistently at longer and longer distances.BB already eluded to 4in 12 guage loads,and I would'nt laugh because we are definately headed that direction with the continued evolution of faster heavier loads coming out evey year,by our major manufacturers.Hell guys the way I see it we keep this up we will all need scopes on our guns pretty soon as our shotguns will really be more like rifles.
