You might try beman matrix 460 or acc 3-71 for a quality arrow those came out spined corectly from the archery program.

Actually the 460 would be waaaaay underspined as well (that's the same spine as a 2213)..perhaps you meant the Matrix 340 or 300? either that or the program you used is incorrect. 3-71 might be a bit stiff, but will work fine.
