Woods & Water (Outdoor Channel) is hosted by Peter Fidducia (lives in the North Country - not strictly NY but he does have some shows in NY (good show BTW)

NY Sportsman went out of business a few years back. They replaced subscriptions with NY Fish & Game (Game & Fish).
