Fletching clearence is very easy to obtain I've found. If setup correctly, the rest does not need to twist very far to obtain clearence. I have shot Blazers mostly though it without any issues.

As far as quietness. It definitely ranks right up there with the MZE and also the TR Dropzone.Like those rest, there is not a launcher banging down against the riser to make noise. I have had many, many people comment on how quiet my Allegiance is with this rest.
