However, when you're disappointed to shoot a big buck, you're not a hunter. When you shoot "cull" bucks, you're not a hunter. I can't imagine shooting a buck "because I have to".
i'm confused on this one...now i can see why the guy wouldnt be as happy as he should be, that's alot of money to pay for a deer....but i cant understand why someone would think"you're not a hunter" just because it's a cull deer.....i think that makes you more of a hunter....to pass up bucks of a lifetime to get the inferior ones out, it takes alot of strength and patience .......not that this man showed any, lol......but i for one would have a hard time watching monster bucks walk by just to shoot the lil guy....so i applaud all the hunters out there managing deer herds.
