Just an idea for some of you that are loosing things in the woods.Go buy a spool of 25lb.spider wire and a pac of salmon egg size trebel hooks & a tube of super glue.
Pre tie about a foot of the line on to each hook.Then put them in a 35mm film can.
After your stand or trailcam is in place Look at the clamping strap and carefully glue one of the hooks in an area where the slim ball will reach.Them tie the other end to a solid anchor point.In some cases more than one hook may be used.
If your local scum sack is not there when you go back you can always practice your blood trailing. []
