I shoot the TK2000 as well and my load is

110 grains Pyro RS FFG
No overpowder wad
3-1/2" shot cup
2-1/2 oz #6 shot
over shot wad

Dead on at 35 yds and this could very well get it out to 50 yds easily. I have the confidence in this load but the bird would have to be one of a kind for that shot.
