They are hard to find used. I have one in the .450 Marlin and have a list of a half a dozen people trying to buy it from me. All my friends end up shooting it more than me because as soon as I'm not around that is the rifle they grab to go hunting with.
How do they grab it if you are not around???

CHMA, the recoil from the factory REM loads is TAME. Shooting the 420gr Garrets off the bench is painful. I'd say just short of a 3.5" turkey load. More recoil than my .416 rem, 300gr X with max loads.
