Scott, once and for all, drop the knuckleheaded remarks about how we taxidermists dont respect our customers when we expect them to wait so long. You are wrong. Theres a waiting list due to work load. We cant hire inexperienced help. We cant raise our prices until we adjust, as much as some suggest, lest we price it beyond what a GOOD customer can justify. We tell in advance how long the wait might be. From there, the customer has to make the choice. Period.

Taxidermists know exactly what side of their bread is buttered, and by whom. Taxidermists with no customers are simply people playing with dead things. A good restaurant isnt disrespecting its customers with a twenty minute wait, they simply dont have a table available yet. Theres a reason for that, and it sure isnt because the building shouldve been bigger.

Enough is enough already!
