I was wondering if any of you older guys have had to deal with this or not. It seems that I can't do anything anymore without pulling a muscle or waking up sore. I used to pull 70 lbs. without a problem. Then the last few years I've started creeping down. Now I am thinking of just going ahead and getting a 50-60 lb. bow. I just don't see the need to keep up the macho image anymore, it's too painful. Has anyone had any problems with passthroughs at lower poundages?
Just turn it down after supper.
You won't remember doing it after sleeping and you can then lie about it with a straight face. Macho still intact and saves money on aspirins.
Technicaly it may not even be lieing if you make sure not to remember it.
Of course this is all just a theory. Let me know if it works out for ya so I'll know whether to try it when I get old.
