Default RE: Want More Accuracy? Pick Carbon Tech Arrows

I certainly don't want to ruffle anybody's feathers. We had this discussion about a year ago with one of our esteemed techies whose opinion I highly respect. Herewas my experience.

I ordered a dozen of the CT Whitetail 65/80. I can't speak for the spine issue because I have no way of verifying their tolerances by way of measurement. Weight wise they fell into the advertised tolerance. They all spun true. That was the good news.....

After shooting them for a while I found them to be the most frail carbon arrow I have ever shot. I bounced one off of a foam target into the dirt (no rocks) and it split the end. I was surprised but thought maybe it was a fluke until I split two more in the same spot on what I would consider a soft ricochet by any other carbon arrow standards. I have no bias against them, that is just what my experience has been. Since I posted my experience with them even the above respected techy agreed they were frail by comparison to some other carbons.....
