Hi from a fellow Jersey bowhunter. I only hunt from the ground and use dead branches and fallen trees as a blind. I just purchased a Porta Roof from WalMart ($17.75 + tax). It's an umbrella (in Mossy Oak Breakup) used for tree stands but you can lay it on the ground as a quick ground blind. The company website is

That mylar thing reflects the ground but I'd be afraid that sunlight would also be reflected and draw the attention of deer.
