Default RE: another PA mountain lion

There very well could be a few mountain lions roaming around. However, the questions comes in,where did they come from and how long have they been in the wild?I don't for one minute believe that we have a wild, breeding self sustaining population that was always here or recently migrated.I also don't believe that the PGC or any state organization would introduce them.I do think it's possible that some extemist enviromental groupwould go to the lengths to let some lose.I also think it's possible that people have let their illegal pets lose.In the last two instances,I have to question what the survival rate would be like.I think you'd have to let quite a few lose to establish a breeding population and I think that's highly unlikely.
