Yes, because when I bought my 10 point they sent some material that said that was the way to get the best accuracy with it; not being a believer I spent some time testing that, and they were right.I built and shot crossbows in compitition before they were available commerically and it was quite a suprise to me but if you look close you can see why, although I am not sure that any of the other brands would qualify that way.
