Going to Clearwater Beach in Feb. Thinking about just renting a boat in the area and doing it on my own. What should be active at that time? Any particular area?Just looking for some action. Not real particular about species, Just don't want to spend the big money for an offshore trip. Any party boats worthwhile in the area?
