First, welcome to the board.
Secondly, in the morning go back to where you shot and mark the path taken with toilet paper and get the direction of travel to give you an idea where to look first.
I had a hit about the same several weeks ago, my arrow stopped against a rib, but I heard the doe hit the brush about 80 yds from where I hit her, no blood trail.
